This Privacy Policy describes how Turn Digital S.R.L. ("Turn Digital", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the TV Sync platform ("Service"), accessible at tvsync.turndigital.eu.
Turn Digital S.R.L. is a digital advertising company registered in Romania. We operate TV Sync, a platform that synchronizes TV commercial airings with digital advertising campaigns across multiple demand-side platforms (DSPs).

We collect and process the following categories of information:
Account Information: When your organization administrator creates your account, we store your name, email address, and role within the platform.
Authentication Data: We store session tokens and login timestamps. Passwords are stored using secure one-way hashing.
OAuth Tokens: When you connect third-party advertising platforms (Google DV360, Google Ads, Meta Ads), we store encrypted OAuth tokens (access tokens and refresh tokens) to interact with those platforms on your behalf. These tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.
Campaign Data: We access campaign, line item, ad set, and ad group information from your connected advertising accounts solely for the purpose of configuring TV-to-digital synchronization mappings.
Usage and Audit Data: We log platform actions (logins, configuration changes, campaign activations) for security auditing and troubleshooting purposes.

TV Sync integrates with the following third-party advertising platforms using their official APIs:
We access these platforms only with your explicit authorization via OAuth 2.0 or equivalent authentication mechanisms. We do not share your data with these platforms beyond what is required for the Service to function (i.e., activating/deactivating campaigns).
Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Workers, D1, and KV), which provides enterprise-grade security. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. We implement session-based authentication with secure, HTTP-only cookies.
We retain your account data for as long as your organization maintains an active subscription. OAuth tokens are stored until you disconnect the platform or your account is deleted. Audit logs are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

TV Sync uses a single essential session cookie (tvsync_session) for authentication purposes. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies on the TV Sync platform.
Your data may be processed on Cloudflare's global network. When connecting third-party advertising platforms, data is transmitted to those platforms' servers as required by their APIs. All transfers are protected by encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS).
TV Sync is a business-to-business platform and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
